The QR code is a way of quickly connecting with someone on Referit, saving you time and the stress of looking ups a contacts email or number. By scanning a QR code you are inviting someone to connect with you directly.
Using your phones camera, scan another persons QR code on their app, each QR code is unique to each user.
Once scanned, your public profile along with your details will be displayed. Ensure you have set your profile up correctly, so people have all your contact details.
The QR code will display your name as well as your job title/role at the top under your profile picture.
Additionally, your email/number is provided under your job title, this allows people to directly email/text you.
Your biography is also displayed, enabling people to understand who you are better and your intentions on using the Referit app.
To connect with s0meone, click on the ‘connect with me’ icon, this sends someone an invite to add them to your network, whilst adding you to theirs. For more information, check the ‘ connect with me’ tab of the knowledge base on how to connect!
Finally, you have your links, these links will take you directly to someone’s website, social media or calendar. Allowing you to further explore your connection with an individual or their business.
