Update Opportunity Status

To update the opportunity status, click on an opportunity.

You have the option to either ‘complete’, ‘hold’ or ‘cancel’ a referral located in the top right hand corner.

One you have an opportunity on hold, it will appear with a yellow icon with a message on the opportunity ‘on hold’ displayed at the bottom.

If an opportunity is cancelled, it will be deleted from your opportunities menu entirely.

An ‘in progress’ opportunity will appear as green with a message on the opportunity ‘in progress’ displayed at the bottom.

Once an opportunity has been completed, it will be automatically deleted. Keeping your opportunities page tidy.
