To create a new rewards program, open the ‘rewards program’ page and click ‘new program’ in the top right-hand corner.
Once you have clicked ‘new program’ a page like this will appear, read and click ‘next’.
Once you have clicked ‘next’, input a name/title, personalised code and description of your new program.
Now input a token value that you believe will best match the program along with a currency of your choice. (Note that the value you input is PER TOKEN, the amount of tokens you gift is different to the value).
Include a ‘join bonus’ if you wish, this can help generate new sign ups to your program. The amount of token you include will be multiplied by the price per token. E.g. 1 token = $10, 10 sign on tokens is worth $100.
All rewards are based on a completion of a referral by the supplier – As the supplier providing rewards You can choose to calculate your rewards based on either a percentage of the total opportunity value: If the opportunity value is $1,000.00, the referrer would receive tokens upon completion. E.g. $1,000.00 x 10% / $10.00 (token price) = 10 (rounded to a full token).
Or as a fixed token: The referrer would receive 10 tokens upon completion. In this case 10 tokens would be worth $100.00.
The choice depends on your preference and business model. Once complete click ‘create program’.
Importantly – you are able to create multiple reward stores all for different purposes – for example – You can create three Reward programs for your Clients or referring partnerships – Bronze program for new clients then upgrade them to Silver or Gold depending on how active they are and how you want to reward them.
You can also create an internal reward program for internal staff referrals and introductions
You can create philanthropic reward programs where rather than users redeeming thoer tokens for personal benefit they can donate their tokens to a charity or not for profit organisation that the business wishes to support.
