Referrals

The referrals page is where you can find and view referrals you have sent as a referrer or have included as a contact. Allowing you to keep track of your referrals or to whom you have been referred.

By using the ‘search bar’ located in the top right-hand corner of the referral’s tab, you are able to look up a contacts name and view any referrals they are included in. Allowing you to quickly and efficiently find specific referrals.

Upon finding a referral, by clicking on the referral, you have access to see the details of  the referral.

Upon clicking the referral, you can see all the parties to the referral. By clicking the ‘view my profile’ you can see each persons personal and where appropriate business profiles and contact information. This information includes their email and phone number, along with any social links they have, as well as a Biography.

To accept or decline a referral you have the option located in the top right-hand corner of a referral you have opened. By clicking accept the referral shall continue. If you click decline, the referrer is notified, and the referral ends. 

In addition to the accept / decline function and in app notification of the referral – The contact person being referred and the supplier both receive SMS or emails where they can action these requests. Again, if either party declines via SMS or Email the referral is updated and the notification can be seen here. 

Additionally, as part of the communication between all parties relating to this referral There is a text chat / message log located to the right of the tab, allowing you to text any party involved in the referral. These texts can also be edited by clicking on the three dots to the right of the message.
