Upon opening the Referit login portal, you will notice the ‘forgot password?’ icon located below the ‘sign up’ icon.
Click the ‘Forgot password?’ icon and you will be transferred to a new screen.
Once on this screen, place your registered email in the box and click ‘begin’
Once you have put your email in you will be sent a verification code to your email. Once you have received the email, enter the 6 digit code.
Once you have entered your password reset code, you will be greeted with this screen above. Yopu can either let AI fill a password for you, or make it easier for yourself and enter your own password you can remember! Once you have entered your new password, click confirm and sign into your account.
