Accept or Decline Opportunity

As a Provider, you can accept or decline any opportunity that you receive. After the referrer sends the client a referral and the client accepts, then the referral will become an opportunity. Go to the ’Opportunities’ menu in the left sidebar to view all the opportunities. Then you will be redirected to the ‘Opportunities’ page.

To open and accept a new opportunity click on the opportunity

Once you have opened the opportunity, click ‘accept’ in the top right-hand corner.

If you wish top decline the opportunity, click the ‘decline’ icon next to accept.

Once you decline an offer, a menu like this will appear, click next.

Proceed by entering a message to send to the referrer and click ‘submit cancellation’.
